1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the use of this site and the booking request for Villa Alta Vista, located at Paseo del Risco, Punta Diamante, Acapulco de Juárez, Guerrero, C.P. 39890.

2. Booking requests

Submitting the booking form constitutes a request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when Villa Alta Vista expressly communicates that confirmation to the person who made the request.

3. Relationship with the House Rules

The House Rules form an integral part of these terms. In the event of any discrepancy between the two texts, the House Rules prevail.

4. Prices

The prices shown on this site are those in force at the time of the enquiry and include the items detailed in the request’s breakdown. A price quoted in a confirmed request does not change.

5. Amendments

Villa Alta Vista may amend these terms. Any change will be published on this same page.
