Frequently asked questions
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Any arrival or departure outside these hours must be requested from management, is subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed inside the villa, in its exterior areas, or in common areas, per El Palmar's internal regulations. Unauthorized entry of pets will result in charges for cleaning, sanitization, and damages.
Are events or parties permitted?
No. The villa is rented exclusively for vacation lodging: no parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Moderate music is allowed from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Are guests under 21 years old admitted?
Yes, although the facilities are primarily designed for adults. Guests under 15 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times, and are not permitted to use the hot tub or kitchen equipment.
